Born and raised in Monterrey, Patricio channels that classic Regio energy into his biggest passion: the culinary world. He’s obsessed with cooking it, eating it, and building businesses around it.
He’s done everything from launching a convenience-focused vacuum-sealed food brand to expanding a artisanal sauce line.
He’s focused on his ultimate goal: keeping foodies everywhere happy and sharing genuine food with the world.
At its core, food is a love letter to the land that raised us. Our kitchen exists at the romantic intersection of two distinct Mexican legacies: a marriage of the sun drenched valleys of Michoacán and the bold, industrial spirit of Monterrey.
